These past few days, I’ve had the privilege of participating in an advanced robotic surgery course using the Da Vinci Single Port system at IRCAD, the prestigious research and training center for minimally invasive surgery, located at the Civil Hospital and university campus in Strasbourg, France. It’s a place where innovation, knowledge, and experience converge to take minimally invasive surgery to the next level.
During this training, I had the honor of learning from Dr. Simone Crivellaro, one of the world’s leading experts in robotic surgery, and of sharing this learning experience with outstanding professionals such as Dr. Karl-Dietrich Sievert. The experience has been extraordinarily enriching—both technically and personally.
